We are YourSurprise, a fast-growing online gift shop offering more than 3,000 personalised gifts. Our young and innovative company is based in Zierikzee, just five minutes from the North Sea. Amsterdam is a two-hour drive away, while Rotterdam, Antwerp, and Breda can be reached within an hour.

With a diverse team of more than 350 colleagues, we create gifts for both individual customers and corporate clients. Whether it’s a grandmother ordering a special gift for her granddaughter or a global brand like Coca-Cola, we help everyone find the perfect personalised gift.

Who are your future colleagues?

You will join our international E-Commerce team, which consists of more than 10 nationalities. Within this team, the B2B (Business) department handles all corporate customers. Currently, seven colleagues from different backgrounds—including French, German, and Dutch—form the B2B team. English is the primary working language. Together, we manage customer interactions across 28 countries via phone and email from our YourSurprise campus.

What will you be working on?

• Collaborating with various teams within YourSurprise to ensure the highest quality service;

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat purchases;

• Driving sales growth in your designated market(s), guiding customers from initial contact to after-sales support in their personalised business gift projects;

• Working with enthusiasm, focus, and determination to achieve monthly sales and margin targets.

Who are you?

• Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written, with basic English skills (additional language skills are a plus);

• Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of initiative;

• Confident and unafraid to negotiate;

• Flexible and able to handle pressure well;

• Results-driven, with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines;

• A reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility;

• Critical and always striving for the best possible outcome.
