Our Customer Service team is YourSurprise’s listening ear, assisting our customers with their questions, offering advice and resolving any issues in a personal manner by phone, email and chat. The team consists of 4 smaller teams based on location, with a Dutch team assisting our Dutch and Belgian customers, German team for our German-speaking customers, French team for our French-speaking customers and International team helping customers from countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy and more. They work together every day to help customers using our 29 websites to create the ultimate gift and gifting moment.
