Are you a true connector who thrives on creating structure, spotting opportunities, and making things run smoothly? As our new Operational Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to business customer orders, from production to delivery.

What will you do? 

You keep things running smoothly behind the scenes for our business customers and make sure we can keep promises made by our sales representatives. You’re the go-to person for B2B orders and make sure everything is in place for an efficient process, from coordinating with our production team to handling returns.

Your responsibilities include:

• First contact for Production regarding B2B orders;

• Coordinating stock, designs, and quality checks;

• Handling returns and 'on hold' business orders;

• Answering questions in internal communication channels;

• Supporting improvements in internal processes.

Where will you fit in?  

You will be part of the B2B team within our E-Commerce department, which includes 30 marketers from over ten different nationalities, each with their own area of expertise. The B2B team consists of six colleagues who assist all of our business customers via phone or email. This international team is always available to help in the Dutch, German, French and English languages. 

Who are you? 

• You are available to work at least 32 hours a week;

• You can speak both Dutch and English;

• You are a clear and direct communicator;

• You are solution-oriented and detail-driven;

• You are organised and structured;

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus;

• Familiar with Backoffice, CRM, dashboards, and/or JIRA is a bonus.
