What will you do?
As Street Lead Post, you ensure that the production on the Post line runs smoothly and efficiently. You are the go-to person for your team, coordinate with other production and expedition lines, and maintain oversight from start to finish. You work hands-on in daily operations while also improving processes and ensuring everyone in your team knows what needs to be done.

Your tasks include:

• Opening and closing the Post line and planning the day’s schedule;

• Organizing team staffing and dividing tasks clearly within your team;

• Managing business and batch orders, ensuring proper follow-up and quality control;

• You make sure that every package is handled efficiently and carefully, and handed over to the drivers of all postal carriers throughout the day;

• Communicating with other streets but also departments such as Inventory, Customer Service, and Logistics;

• Keeping processes clean, safe, and organized, including machine and printer maintenance;

• Analyzing data in Looker and sharing insights with your team;

• Monitoring compliance with company policies, break schedules, and clocking procedures;

• Acting as a role model for both junior and senior team members, motivating them to perform at their best.

Where will you be working?
You’ll be part of our Production team, where thousands of personalized gifts are prepared and shipped every day with care and speed. Together with your colleagues, you make sure every gift reaches our customers on time and in perfect condition. You’ll be at the heart of operations while maintaining close contact with other departments. As Street Lead Post, you are the key person keeping your line running smoothly – and helping it grow even further.

Who are you?

• You’re someone who takes the Post line to the next level;

• You have experience in operational leadership, preferably in a production or logistics environment;

• You’re an excellent communicator and can easily connect with different teams;

• You’re structured, able to set priorities, and work in an organized way;

• You have experience working with computers and are familiar with the basics of systems such as Excel.

• You have competences like flexibility, stress resistance, and accuracy

• You speak and write both Dutch and English;

• You’re willing to work shifts or weekends during peak seasons;

• You preferably hold a forklift certificate – or are willing to obtain one through us.

• A challenging full-time role (40 hours), with extra shifts during peak seasons;

• Within Production and Expedition we work with shifts. The working hours for Streetlead Post are from 13.00h and 22.00h including breaks..
